Josh Phillips runs the counter on The Strand. Born and raised in Torbay, he’s the next generation of a family that has been part of the bay’s independent food scene for decades.

The Phillips family has been part of Torbay's independent food scene for generations. The Chippy Brixham carries that name forward — same family, same standards, same care in every order.
